I put the loft together with the help of my dad in 4 hours. The loft was well made and the predrilled holes all lined up very well. It was made of real wood throughout and seemed to be well painted. [...] The installation directions were good. No missing screws, etc. Only tools needed was a screw gun to screw in the slats.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery took 2 weeks and one of the items ordered was not received. Called customer service and they appear to be taking care of it. The boxes had some damage, but it didn't appear to affect the items inside.

We just put this bed together and so far we are really happy with it. My six year old daughter loves it. I love the high side rails to keep her safe. We bought it at a great sale price, so that makes it even better. Love the no shipping too!!!
