Country styling and function make this Powell Country Pine and Matte Black Twin/Twin Bunk Bed the perfect addition to any child's room. Two twin size beds can be stacked as bunks or separated into twin beds. Designed and engineered with safety in mind. It has heavy gauge metal tubing, full length guardrails, and sturdy welded metal slat system for mattress support. Ladder can be attached on either side of bed. It uses a standard twin size mattress. Only use a standard twin size mattress which is 74 to 75 inch long and 37.5 to 38.5 inch wide on the upper bunk. Bunk bed is tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory to meet all minimum requirements of ASTM F1427-04 and U.S. CFR Title 16 Part 1513. The maximum total weight is not to exceed 300 Pounds on the upper bunk.
